Towing regional industry development using 100% domestic materials 
 

Hoshin Textile is an enterprise using 100% domestic raw materials. Hoshin Textile is producing high-sensitive polyester textiles for clothing and functional fabrics and supplying them for world-famous brands such as ZARA, Mango, and H&M etc.

Hoshin Textile shows 18% of annual average increase rate, showing 4.7 billion won in 2015 and 10.3 billion won in 2018 in sales. As 80% of the sales head for global market using domestic raw materials, it contributes to invigoration of domestic foundation for the textile industry greatly. This year, ten million dollars are broken through for sure only as export.

The representative Lee Seok-ki is from SK Chemicals Co., Ltd and launched legitimate textile production founding Hoshin Textile Co., Ltd in 1990. He upgraded Hoshin Textile from simple weaving enterprise into material export company for clothing through aggressive research & development investment.

In the future, it is planning to differentiate market development in not only traditional main items, clothing textiles, but also functional materials and car interior composite material development.

It is investing in talent consistently as 50% of the 30 employees are professional personnels. The representative Lee Seok-ki has been appointed as director in Korea Textile Marketing Center in 2013 and has gotten an appointment as director in Daegu-Gyeongbuk Textile & Textile Industry Cooperative Co., Ltd.
